Updated Customer Conduct Policy – Katdaana

Last day to place your Eid order is Feb 28th, for garaunteed Eid delivery

No return, no exchanges. Once you place an order you cannot cancel it.

At Katdaana, we are proud to provide quality craftsmanship, thoughtful design, and excellent service. While we deeply value our customers, we have a zero tolerance policy for disrespectful behavior, harassment, or abusive language toward our team — online or offline.

We do not offer refunds for orders that are returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer, delivery refusal, or delays caused by natural disasters or other unforeseen circumstances.


If a package is returned to us, we will gladly arrange for it to be re-shipped. However, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping charges required for redelivery, unless the error occurred on our end.


Placing an order does not entitle anyone to speak to us disrespectfully.


We reserve the right to:

Cancel any order if a customer is rude, condescending, or abusive.

. If your order has already been prepared and labor and supplies have been utilized to create your outfit, only 80% of the order total will be refunded to account for material and production costs. If we have not processed your order you will be refunded the full amount.

Refuse service to individuals who engage in harmful behavior.

Adjust prices for future product releases and restocks based on our time, labor, and evolving costs.


Please note:

We do NOT increase or change prices for products that have already been purchased.

Once your order is placed, the price you paid is locked in — always.


We are human, and we deserve to be treated with dignity. This is a respectful, creative space. Thank you for honoring that.


Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns/exchanges.

For custom measurements we go by what you provide us, so please give us the exact measurements you would like your outfit to be.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We offer partial reimbursement of up to $20 USD for eligible alterations. To proceed, we kindly ask that you:


  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the issue
  • Share a brief description of the required alteration

Once your request is received, our team will carefully assess the situation. Based on our evaluation, we will determine the appropriate reimbursement amount, up to $20, to assist with local tailoring or repairs.

 


Please note:


  • Reimbursement is only applicable after approval from our team
  • A valid receipt must be provided to process the reimbursement
  • This policy applies to minor fixes only and does not cover major alterations or redesigns
